Cancellation is possible not less than 24 hours before arrival.

Breakfast is not included in the price of standard room. It is only included in the price of the lux/lux-apartment.

Our hotel does not provide visa support.

Check-out time is 12 pm. In case of late check-out it is necessary to pay the following: from 12.00 till 18.00- by the hour; from 18.00 till 24.00- half a day; after 24.00- the total price. If stay at the hotel is less than 24 hours it is necessary to pay for the whole day.

Payment at the hotel can be made in cash, by credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Master card, Maestro, Dinners Club).
